Refund & Return Policy – DwellStyle

At DwellStyle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with easy returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and has all tags/bills.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items (after delivery).
  • Customized or specially ordered products.
  • Items without original packaging or invoice.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info.dwellstyle29@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order details & reason.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, pickup will be arranged, or you can courier it to our return address.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the product:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method or store wallet.
  • Refund time:
    • Online Payments: 5–7 working days
    • COD Orders: Refund via UPI/Bank transfer within 7 days

5. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange for a different size or product (if available).
Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, return policy will apply.
  • For COD orders, frequent cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
